What’s the job?

The Pre Assessment department manages a wide variety of application documents and customer evidence items to support a range of Application and Repayment processes which involves the preparation of these documents to progress through both manual and system based processing.

We also manage a wide range of archive storage and retrieval utilising both internal systems and external provider such as Iron Mountain.

 

Student loans Company are currently recruiting for Team Manager to lead, supervise and motivate a team of Advisors to ensure that an efficient level of customer service is provided to all customers

You will be responsible for monitoring the operation of the team; ensuring staff have the necessary skills to carry out their role. You will also manage and develop the team to ensure optimum staff skills are maintained, and conduct regular performance reviews with all team members. You will also lead and motivate team members using effective communications via regular team meetings

Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for effective delivery of the team function as appropriate to the direction of the Operations Manager.

 

How do I apply?

It is essential that you have experience of dealing with HR policies & procedures e.g. absence management, disciplinary and capability process and be able to engage with both internal and external stakeholders to continuously manage, measure and improve the customer service we provide.

You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to coach others, demonstrating patience and the ability to build confidence.
