£22,412 - £24,211 per annum

Permanent - Full time. Both Day shift and Back shift available ( Back shift will include 12.5% Shift Allowance)

What’s the job?

Student Loans Company is looking for a number of Team Managers to join our processing departments based in our Darlington Office. 

You will manage a team providing a high level of customer services, manage incoming volumes of paper based documents to effectively maintain relevant SLA’s and implement effective delivery of the team functions as appropriate to the direction of the Operations Manager. 


How do I apply?

It is essential that you have experience of dealing with HR policies & procedures e.g. absence management, disciplinary and capability process and be able to engage with both internal and external stakeholders to continuously manage, measure and improve the customer service we provide.

You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to coach others, demonstrating patience and the ability to build confidence.
