Team Manager – Agency Relationships (3 month Secondment)
Salary: £24,211 - £27,190 (Grade 3)

What’s the job?
The Repayments department are looking for a temporary Team Manager to join the Agency Relationship division, who are responsible for supporting and managing the relationships with external suppliers.
The purpose of the role is to manage the Agency Relationship team and ensure SLA’s are met with regard to core tasks. The Agency Relationship team are responsible for, amongst others: reconciliation, receipting and payment of invoices; processing of direct payments; answering agency queries and distributing new business. The Agency team are responsible for completion of reports that ensure accounts are flowing correctly through strategies.

Some of the key Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for this role would include: Experience of managing a team in a high volume processing environment or contact centre (desirable); Experience of dealing with SLC HR Policies and Procedures; Strong organisational skills; the ability to trust own judgement and to make sound decisions; the ability to influence, motivate and engage with many different stakeholders; strong analytical, literacy and numeracy skills.
