Technology Services is one of three divisions in the Technology Group. The focus for this remodelled function is primarily to provide Services to support Cloud adoption and evolve a more visible business focus for Customer, Operations and Repayments Directorates.
It is responsible for the provision of the Services needed to support the operations of “live” systems and ICT Infrastructure. It consists of ICT, San, Virtualised environments and ITIL Services. It is also responsible for the Service desks, Network Operations Centre and the management of our Data Centres and a Cloud based future. The department has circa 180 personnel.

Technology Group are looking to fill a Senior Analyst position within the Telecoms Support team. This role will involve senior responsibilities within a team of Telecoms Analysts including guidance, mentoring and development. Additional responsibilities include third party relationship management, strategic planning and responsibility for correct implementation, approval and governance of all changes. In addition, provisions, support and maintenance of all telephony components and management of WAN infrastructure environment. The role will involve working closely with the Telecoms Manager to ensure team is functioning effectively to support SLC’s customers and staff.
