What’s the job?
The Core Systems department is responsible for the development and maintenance of a number of IT products and services that supports SLC's business. We are in the process of reforming our team; this marks the beginning of our journey towards achieving SLC’s Vision - to be valued as a digital, customer-focused, centre of excellence.
This position sits within the Data Analytics Team provisioning analytic capabilities and services on behalf of the organisation.
To be the best we can we are looking for individuals who are passionate about their career, have extensive experience and are keen to develop further applying their talent to the strategic challenges that will be met in the Digital Architecture programme. We want candidates who continually develop themselves keeping up to date with the newest technologies and updates.
How do I apply?
Successful candidates will have experience as a senior or lead tester in several projects – managing all test phases from inception to sign-off. You will have a proven track record in s system test experience covering test approach, analysis, planning, design, data preparation and execution, be methodical, analytical and detail conscious, have strong SQL and the ability to write complex SQL queries. Excellent testing experience in ETL or Data Warehousing is essential also verbal and written communication skills.
