What’s the job?
We are looking for a Senior Risk Analyst to join us at our light and airy office in Darlington on a permanent, full time basis of 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, with access to our on-site canteen, free parking (first-come-first-serve!) and a wealth of SLC benefits including 36 days Annual Leave per year.
In your new job as Senior Risk Manager, you will take a lead role in the identification, assessment and logging of risks and issues and from this you'll produce high quality risk reports, dashboards and analysis. On a wider scale, you will help to increase risk awareness throughout the organisation and you'll embed the principles of risk management, including the delivery of training where required. This will include supporting the development of a more junior-level member of staff in this team.
You will be working closely with our new Compliance Team, which will soon be established, with whom you'll build and maintain effective working relationships to further support risk management and compliance throughout SLC. This role will include occasional travel to our headquarters office in Glasgow City Centre, including an initial period of training. How do I apply?
