Salary - £29,380 - £33,983 per annum ( Internal applicants subject to Reward principles found on Intranet recruitment page )

 

G3 - 6 months Secondment/Fixed term Contract - Monday to Friday (9.00am - 5.30pm)

What's the job? 

Student Loans Company are currently looking for a Reward and Benefits Advisor to join our People@SLC department on a temporary basis. 

The People@SLC team are focused on skills, capability and reward. We provide support to the organisation on a range of people issues from recruitment to health and wellbeing and everything in between. We make sure we are all equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to do our jobs and deliver this through many blending learning techniques. 

As a key member of the Reward team you will support the team in the management of high volume individual reward cases. In some cases acting as first line support to People colleagues and the business, you'll have well developed analytical skills and be able to provide robust advice, guidance and recommendations ensuring consistency of approach within our Reward principles and supporting processes. You will also take a lead role in the delivery of our day to day employee benefits processes and play a supporting role in our job evaluation process. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to contribute to and deliver on Reward related project activity.
