Outsource Supplier Manager
Salary: £40,096 - £44,191 (Grade 5)

What’s the job?
The role holder will have part responsibility as liaison, internally and externally for all activities involving the outsource partners. They will be responsible for supporting the management of the partner relationships, project managing the various improvement initiatives and tracking budgets and ensuring delivery of the contractual KPIs. The role holder will support the Repayments management team by engaging with and formally feeding back on outsource performance to various forums and stakeholders.
Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:
- Management and providing support to various colleagues (Managers, Floor-walkers, Team Members)
- Supporting management of Third Party Providers through Management Information, review meetings, audits, relationship building, developing strategies, innovation, identifying risks, measuring against objectives and KPIs (amongst others)
- Helping create and drive Performance Objectives in relation to Service Level Agreement / Scorecards and operational performance and ongoing accountability for the agencies to the performance objectives
- With Outsource Manager be SLC representation with the Cabinet Office Framework authority ensuring SLC are represented across all aspects of the Governance process i.e. change control process which impacts SLC or others on the Framework, reviewing the baseline etc.
