£22,412 - £27,190 per annum ( Reward principles apply for internal applicants )
Grade 3 - Permanent ( Backshift 16:00 - midnight, 18:00 - 02:00 or 12:00 - 20:00. Shift patterns will include either 7.5% or 12.5% Shift Allowance.)

What’s the job?
The Operational Efficiency Specialist will assist the Continuous Improvement Manager with the delivery and implementation of key tools and initiatives that will help drive operational efficiencies within Pre-assessment and the operations area as a whole. This supports the Continuous Improvement manager to develop a culture within Pre-Assessment that promotes operational efficiency placing the customer experience at the heart of everything we do.
How do I apply?
It is essential that you have an extensive knowledge of the Pre-Assessment department including the different product policies and processes they deliver, as well as a solid understanding of the end to end processes with each product. Possess the ability to understand, relay and implement complex technical requirements and have a good understanding and experience of Agile/Lean principles and project planning/project management.
You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues from across the business at all levels.
