What’s the job?
The Operational Efficiency Coordinator will assist the Continuous Improvement Manager with the delivery and implementation of key tools and initiatives that will help drive operational efficiencies within Pre-assessment department and the Operations directorate as a whole. This role supports the Continuous Improvement manager to develop a culture within Pre-Assessment that promotes operational efficiency placing the customer experience at the heart of everything we do.
How do I apply?
It is essential that you have an extensive knowledge of the Pre-Assessment department including the different product policies and processes they deliver, as well as a solid understanding of the end to end processes with each product. Have advanced analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to develop effective business solutions and possess a good understanding and experience of Agile/Lean principles and project planning/project management.
You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues from across the business at all levels.
