42.11 Hours – 12 Hour Shifts (5 & 2 Pattern)

What’s the job?
To work as part of the team responsible for the monitoring of our key services and applications including Network, Unix and Database infrastructures on a mixture of night and day shifts covering a 24 x 7 period. Highlighting and escalating issues to designated ICT contacts as appropriate along with the running, analysing and troubleshooting of core overnight batches.
How do I apply?
We require candidates with a good working knowledge of standard desktop applications i.e. MS Office suite, Lotus Notes is essential; you must be able to demonstrate initiative and ability to work well with minimal supervision. Also have the ability to remain focused during quiet periods and ensure a constant approach to tasks. Experience of structured analysis is essential and the ability to complete all duties, including repetitive tasks, in an accurate and timely manner.
