Management Information and Systems Analyst. 

Glasgow or Darlington

Salary - £27,190 - £31,445 per annum. (Subject to the Reward Principles which can be found on the Recruitment intranet page )

G3 - Permanent - Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm

What's the job? 

The Hub Services department is responsible for overseeing the generation of effective staff plans required to deliver a safe and efficient service across the back office and front office functions associated with the Operations and Repayment Directorates.

This is achieved by ensuring the delivery of robust forecasting and modelling services across all media channels and process queues to ensure that resource requirements are accurately forecast and profiled to predict the staffing levels required to meet anticipated business demands and the achievement of service level objectives. 

This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting the resource planning systems; developing operational reporting that optimises the service delivery; and providing analytical support for Planning and Service Delivery initiatives.You will use data creatively, developing the company’s analytical capabilities to develop mechanisms that leverage data modelling to drive performance, provide insight and optimise business efficiency.

 

How to Apply? 

It is essential you have good engagement and communication skills both written and verbal, problem-solving skills: solution focused. Able to identify issues and resolve quickly and efficiently, via effective and comprehensive solutions. You must have understanding and practical experience of VBA and automation languages and practiced experience of a Work Force Management Tool such as NICE WFM, NICE NPM, Avaya CMS, Kana and OPX.
