Implementation Planning Track Lead
G4 - Salary £40,552

Fixed term for 6 Months

What’s the job?

Through a change Programme, the company is modernising its current Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Resourcing (HR) applications with a new, enhanced scoped, single integrated Cloud ERP/HR solution. This modernisation presents with it a business change opportunity to enhance the Company’s business support services and their systems.

Working with the ERP and HR projects manager(s), you will bring the relevant data migration and cutover & transition planning knowledge and experience to support the projects’ work streams to:

  • understand the data management and migration approach required to achieve successful transition between legacy and target ERP/HR applications.
  • assess the legacy applications, processing, record and data structures to understand the transition AS_IS position,
  • assess the target applications, processes, record and data structures to understand the transition Target position
  • prepare for and manage the go-live cutover event including the production and execution of detailed cutover plans and playbooks and dress rehearsals to ensure they are fit for purpose.
  • prepare for and manage the hypercare period after go-live, establishing and monitoring key KPIs and managing incidents to ensure the solution is stable and meeting requirements.

 

How do I apply?

The successful candidate will have :

  • Demonstratable Hands-on experience of running an implementation planning ( cutover ) track
  • Demonstrable prior experience with integrated ERP/HR delivery projects and desired exposure to workday. 
  • Relevant experience in data migration planning and execution desired.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Tools particularly MS Project
  • Strong facilitation and co-ordination skills including chairing critical meetings.
  • Excellent judgement, organisation, communication and presentation skills.
