G3 - Salary £26,158 - £30,250

Fixed Term for 9 Months

What’s the job?

The People @ SLC team are focused on how we look after and develop our people. We provide support to employees across the entire business with a range of personnel issues from recruitment to health and well-being and everything in between.  The OD team  within the People function make sure we are all equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to do our jobs and deliver this through many channels; in classrooms and online.

As HRMI Analyst you will maintain and develop the functionality and integrity of all aspects of HRIS, ensuring a safe, effective and efficient system is available to all managers, HR and employee users.  To provide accurate and timely HR MI Data to Board, Senior Management Team (SMT) and People @ SLC team.


How do I apply?

You will have proven experience of Oracle HR system, with the ability to demonstrate strong system administration experience and understanding coupled with proven experience of excel to a high level of confidence in the use of equations including vlookups as well as pivot tables. You will also possess previous experience of interrogating large data sets and analysing the data to identify trends.

Furthermore you will be a good communicator with excellent influencing skills, organised with the ability to prioritise and manage volume caseload within strict timescales.
