What’s the job?
The Digital Learning & MI Advisor will be responsible for all aspects of eLearning within The Learning Academy including ownership of the Digital Learning Academy content, creation and reporting. This post will support the eLearning requirements of the learning plans to drive and support digital learning at SLC. The role holder will also be responsible for design and ownership of reporting capabilities of Learning & Development, Talent and Succession information systems and digital solutions.
How do I apply?
You will have experience and knowledge of instructional design, eLearning solutions and course authoring tools and in working with eLearning platforms and systems, including exporting and hosting between platforms. Furthermore you will have experience in developing and implementing reporting suites specific to Learning & Development. You will also be competent with MS Office to advanced levels, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
You will possess strong business partnering skills, (including relationship building, influencing, negotiation, assertiveness, self-awareness and comfort around higher management), excellent presentation skills with ability to present information in a confident, creative and interactive manner and have an innovative approach to data analysis and design and proven ability to display information in an engaging way.
