Could you be an effective member of a team producing communications that are customer driven, digitally focussed, fully integrated with technical systems and operational processes? Do you possess excellent research, analysis and problem solving skills?
If the answer is ‘yes’, we might have the perfect job for you.
What’s the job?
As Customer Communications Analyst you will play a critical role in the continuous transfer of information between projects and the delivery teams. Our team of analysts are active across all business areas and initiatives and provide subject matter expertise to guide and shape all projects and BAU activities.
To do this, you must understand the needs of the customer and impact that changes to policy, processes and products have on the customer experience regardless of communications channel. You will be expected to recommend customer friendly communications approaches and effective service design solutions that can be measured and tracked. You will champion our customers but understand the business and policy change drivers and can provide pragmatic and critical feedback to support positive outcomes.
Furthermore you will be responsible for ensuring that analytics and feedback is built into proposals and working with others in the team to capture the impact of change and analyse, document and support the delivery of customer focussed solutions into Marketing and all other dependent areas of SLC.
How do I apply?
You will possess very strong research, analysis and problem solving skills and very strong verbal and written communication skills. You will have the ability to understand and use complex business, strategic and technical concepts to identify and develop effective and appropriate models, solutions and services to meet business and customer needs.
You will also bring with you very strong planning, negotiation and organisational skills, preferably with experience of managing or participating in projects with complex and conflicting requirements.
Previous experience within an analytical, product management or communications role would be an advantage, as would a demonstrable knowledge of Marketing and Campaign techniques.
Sound good? If so please apply below and a member of our dedicated Recruitment Team will be in touch!
