What’s the Job?
Partner Services is a unique multi faceted function within SLC servicing Further and Higher Education Partners through the engagement and output of our Product Developers, Account Managers, Communication and MI teams, and our Support Desk who respond to Partner calls, emails and back office admin queries within agreed service and quality standards.
You will respond to Higher Education Provider (HEP) and Further Education (FE) Provider enquires endeavouring to resolve at First Point of Contact and by ensuring you follow through on call back commitments. Areas of work include all incoming and outgoing contact with HE and FE providers by phone or email.
How do I apply?
Do you have experience of handling telephone calls with customers, whilst using customer account-based processing and transaction systems? Do you have the ability to interpret information and articulate relevant solutions? Are you customer focused?
