What’s the Job?
Partner Services is the business-to-business services function in SLC, managing the service interactions between Further and Higher Education Partners (HEPs) through the engagement and output of our Service Managers, Account Managers, Communication and MI teams, and our Partner Support Desk who respond to partner calls, emails and back office admin queries within agreed service and quality standards.
The Course Services Lead is a specialist role focusing on HE course and provider design and management. The role holder will maintain excellent knowledge of HE Course structures, designation rules and policy and will ensure accurate data assurance checks are in place on provider data returns. The role-holder will be the SLC subject matter expert and will provide guidance, training problem solving on course design and maintenance issues, and make decisions on course design and delivery, where no standard guidance applies.

It is essential you have demonstrable ability to research and source information independently, exhausting all resources before escalation, have the ability to interrogate complex data, form conclusions and make decisions and recommendations based on this data and can plan and schedule work across internal and external teams, integrating project and business-as-usual activities and work to tight deadlines.
