What’s the job?
As a member of the Technology Group Operations team reporting into the CIO, you will take accountability for managing the Technology Group Directorate portfolio of change, supporting the design and implementation of the OD changes in support of the Technology Group strategic plan and target operating model. Successful candidates will challenge and refocus priorities where required to ensure delivery in line with strategic priorities. They will work closely with the HR team and Finance teams to drive delivery of the required organisational change, in line with SLC corporate policies. This is an exciting opportunity to play an important and defining role in an organisational change programme and supporting the realisation of the new Technology Group operating model.
How do I apply?
Successful candidates will manage delivery of a range of operational change, organisational design and development initiatives, Implement appropriate controls and governance to support effective delivery, manage the internal change and improvement plan, coordinate cross-initiative activities and manage the dependencies and the interfaces.
You will work with the TG management team to translate the organisations strategic goals into an effective IT operating model, Provide Organisational Design support and delivery in conjunction with the HR Business Partner,
Design and facilitate workshops as and when required, ensure sustainable and consistent embedding of and evaluation of deliverables
Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities, manage change, risk and resource management and resolve scope issues to ensure successful outcomes.
