What's the job?
Student Loans Company are looking for a Change Analyst to join our Performance and Change department on a permanent basis.
The Operations department acts as the Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and supports the CIO and wider Technology Group Function by enabling the provision of consistent, high quality IT for the SLC through a compliant and accountable route.
Specifically the change team drives a programme of people, process and technology change across the Technology Group. This team identify and manage the introduction of change activities designed to continuously improve the performance of the Technology Group function.
The successful candidate will assist the Technology Change Manager in the management of the change portfolio for the Technology Group and provide support and direct input into change projects and activities including Quick Wins, Tactical and Strategic Change.
