What’s the job?
This role resides in the Technology Group’s Service Delivery area. This department is responsible for maintaining & providing continual service improvement to the current IT infrastructure/applications as well as transitioning new services into Live.
This role is to ensure effective management of Requests for Change from the point of initiation through to completion. Changes analysts assist in prioritising, assessing, planning, scheduling, resourcing and testing changes to ensure maximum benefit with minimal disruption to business operations.
How do I apply?
Successful candidates will be ITIL qualified, have Experience of Change Mgt & technical administration, they be skilled in the creation & management of formal processes and procedures have strong customer orientation and be able to exhibits flexibility, initiative and self-reliance.
Broad knowledge of technologies; AIX, Linux, Wintel, VMWare, Red Hat, Cisco, F5, Checkpoint, Oracle, Java, Tomcat amongst many others is essential for this role.
