What’s the job?

The Repayments Business Improvement team is a small but strategically significant team who are responsibility for improving the Repayments and Counter Fraud Services (CFS) in Student Loans Company in order to fulfil the overarching purpose to collect every £ that is due.   This team report to the Director of Strategy for Repayment and CFS and are responsible for developing and delivering the Strategy for Repayments and CFS driving forward business improvements across the Directorate.

As the Business Improvement Manager you will lead on the development and delivery of a detailed Debt Management Strategy which is aligned to the overarching Repayments and CFS Strategy. You will support the day to day practical development and implementation of new debt management strategies, and provide subject matter expertise as part of a core team responsible for driving delivery of approved collections or debt recovery related projects or architecture changes.
