What’s the job?
The Repayments Business Improvement team is a small but strategically significant team who are responsibility for improving the Repayments and Counter Fraud Services (CFS) in Student Loans Company in order to fulfil the overarching purpose to collect every £ that is due. This team report to the Director of Strategy for Repayment and CFS and are responsible for developing and delivering the Strategy for Repayments and CFS driving forward business improvements across the Directorate.
As the Business Improvement Manager you would hold responsibility to lead on the development and delivery of a Programme of different campaign work in the Repayments and CFS Directorate.
Some of the key responsibilities for this role would include working closely with senior management and other business improvement managers within the directorate on a variety of issues to develop a rolling programme of campaigns; responsibility for working as part of a core team to drive delivery of other Repayments and CFS projects; developing a strong, well respected and knowledgeable team who can make structured and thorough recommendations and proposals.
