Salary - £17,688 - £20,311 per annum. (Subject to the Reward Principles which can be found on the Recruitment intranet page )

What's the job?
The Service Improvement division is part of the Operations Directorate and is responsible for ensuring a consistent approach to customer service and continuous improvement across all of SLC’s sites, including outsource partner sites, and other customer contact channels in the Operations Directorate.
The Service Improvement Team is formed of circa 100 colleagues across five Departments: - Quality & Service Improvement; Business Analysis & Service Improvement; Outsource Telephony; Hub Services; and Communications.
The purpose of this role is to provide a full secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Service Improvement and assist the wider Service Improvement Team (SIT) Senior Managers. This is a critical support role to a diverse team, involving communications, coordination and prioritisation activities.The Admin Co-ordinator will be required to manage a large variety of tasks and play an integral role in helping the senior team oversee the day to day business deliverables.
